摘要: Abstract Background Cocaine addiction and pathological gambling are commonly associated with steeper (impulsive) discounting of delayed rewards, which promotes ongoing drug behaviors. However, it is yet unclear whether impulsive delay a stable trait in cocaine disorders during abstinence, significantly impacted by dysfunctional personality beliefs. Methods The aim this study was to compare the rates four groups: 47 users comorbid disorders, 41 without psychiatric comorbidities, 28 gamblers 36 healthy comparison individuals. We also examined association between beliefs rates. Participants completed Kirby Delay Discounting Questionnaire Beck Personality Belief as part larger battery. Results used non-parametric tests groups, bivariate correlation analyses examine within each groups. found that were higher individuals disordered compared controls. Specifically Cluster B intensity “dependent” (e.g., “I am needy weak”). Conclusion conclude increased relative controls linked disorders.
