摘要: Apparatus manufactures thin confectionery products with uniform shapes and has first second drying apparatuses between shape cutting baking for adjusting water content of raw dough pieces. The apparatus upper lower levels, the level having conveyor belts at plural stages transporting pieces under hot air atmosphere belt cooling, maturing cooled temperature than rotary drums each an inlet outlet being rotatably mounted in apparatus. A chute transports from uppermost to lowermost ones drums.
