摘要: The invention relates to systems and methods for maintaining the concentration of a brine solution used in meat processing. In an embodiment, method includes measuring property reservoir with sensor; supplying data regarding controller; removing diluted from when controller determines that falls below defined set point; adding liquid composition comprising greater than about 50 wt. % potassium phosphate salt supply tank replenishing by having consistent tank. Other embodiments are included herein.
