Effect of Water Deficit on Rubisco and Carbonic Anhydrase Activities in Different Wheat Genotypes

摘要: An influence of drought stress on the dynamics activities ribulose 1.5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase (Rubisco) and carbonic anhydrase (CA) in bread durum wheat genotypes differing their tolerance productivity was investigated under field conditions. Rubisco activity primarily constant plants with normal watering subjected to drought, while it decreased at duration vegetation all genotypes. CA increased during first period flag leaves resistance genotypes, but last stage vegetation. The were lower ear elements an early generative development than less water stress.
