摘要: The main objectives of this paper are firstly to investigate the behaviour thin layer drying plantain banana, mango and cassava experimentally in a direct solar dryer secondly perform mathematical modelling by using models encountered literature. variation moisture content products studied principal parameters analysed. Seven statistical models, which empirical or semi-empirical, tested validate experimental data. A non-linear regression analysis computer program is used evaluate constants models. Henderson Pabis model found be most suitable for describing curves cassava. data these have been analysed obtain values effective diffusivity during falling rate phase.
