摘要: Contemporary national and international football governing bodies professional footballclubs are expected to comply with stadium accessibility laws regulations. They also required demonstrate that responsible all their customers, including those who experience impairment and/or disability as part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policies. One strategy address wider-equity issues for spectators disabilities (SwD) companions, is through appointing the 'incipient managerial position' Disability Liaison Officer (DLO). This exploratory paper motivated by a paucity studies examining within sport management. Drawing on institutional theory (DiMaggio & Powell, 1983; Friedland Alford, 1991) this seeks gap implementation legislation in England, Germany Spain. critically reviews both actions clubs interpret implement services Spectators Disabilities (SwD). Our findings revealed significant variance depth policy between these countries. variation was due relationship prevailing logic management which resulted, or did not result isomorphism occurring. The article concludes implications call further research into equity
