摘要: Abstract Rheological property, shear stress vs. rate, of cholesteryl nonanoate (CN) is measured in a temperature region including the blue phases (BPs). From measurement dependence, an anomalous increase viscosity, accompanied by non-Newtonian flow, observed between 363.4 K and 367.5 K. The 4.1 obtained from rheological wider than BP 0.8 determined thermal analysis, suggesting that enlarged under application steady flow.
