摘要: Abstract We propose to rethink collaboration between the European countries robustly materialise electricity system of near future. The all agree that carbon dioxide ( CO 2 ) emissions need be decreased. dividing question is who must contribute by how much. Three aspects are investigated and set into relation one another. First, individual can attributed a emission quota in different ways. Second, they collaborate relaxing their for autonomy, e.g. becoming less self-sufficient placing generation capacity with better prerequisites. Third, also strengthened extending cross-border transmission grid. investigate future where primary source emission-neutral coming from variable renewable energy sources, but which includes current planned nuclear, coal, lignite gas-fuelled power plants. show attributions have an immense effect on required local prices. Furthermore, we this influences technology mix countries. conclude it significantly easier certain decarbonise production than others. difficulty specific country depends strongly allowances allocated Europe. Deep leads both lowered total cost and, perhaps even more importantly, prices much equal partners.
