摘要: An up to 100-fold increase of GTP cyclohydrolase I activity has been observed upon treatment with interferon-gamma and tumour necrosis factor-alpha in a variety human murine cell types vitro, including macrophages dermal fibroblasts. As result, intracellular tetrahydrobiopterin levels are highly increased cytokine-treated cells as compared untreated controls (review1,2).
