摘要: Nanocarriers (NC) are very promising tools for cancer immunotherapy. Whereas conventional vaccines based on the administration of an antigen and adjuvant in independent fashion, nanovaccines can facilitate cell-specific co-delivery adjuvant. Furthermore, be decorated their surface with molecules that target-specific delivery to certain antigen-presenting cell types or tumor cells. However, target uptake is highly dependent modifications nanocarrier itself. One these formation a protein corona around NC after vivo administration, which may potently affect targeting NC. Understanding composition is, therefore, major importance use nanocarriers vaccine approaches. This Mini Review will give short overview potential non-specific interactions body fluids surfaces need considered design immunotherapy cancer.
