摘要: This study was designed to identify a suitable freezing protocol for rabbit semen by comparing the effects of different concentrations and equilibration times dimethylacetamide (DMA) dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) on postthaw quality semen. After establishing best protocols each cryoprotectant, their efficacy compared examining in vivo fertilizing capacity samples. Pooled samples diluted medium containing 4%, 6%, or 8% DMA DMSO (all combined with 1% sucrose as nonpermeating cryoprotectant) were loaded straws equilibrated 5, 15, 45 min before liquid nitrogen vapor.
