摘要: Abstract Activities of carbamoyl phosphate synthetase, aspartate carbamoyltransferase, dihydro-orotase, dihydro-pyrimidinase, uracil phosphoribosyltransferase, uridine phosphorylase, kinase and acid phosphatase were measured in extracts from wheat grains germinated for periods ranging 0 to 48 hr. With the exception phosphorylase which appeared only 24 hr after initiation germination, all these activities detected dry grains. concerned with synthesis pyrimidine ring de novo dropped at onset germination (0·5–2 hr) increased thereafter gradually. involved degradative pathway maintained a roughly constant level during first rose considerably later on. The results are discussed relation sequence RNA protein seed germination.
