摘要: Because research on nematode involvement in trophic interactions, foodweb structure, and biodiversity is constrained by lack of an overview feeding habits, this outline presents a consensus current thought habits. The source food fundamental to interactions provides the basis for our definitions essential types: 1) plant feeder, 2) hyphal 3) bacterial 4) substrate ingester, 5) predator animals, 6) unicellular eucaryote 7) dispersal or infective stage parasites, 8) omnivore. Lists families genera with their presumed types are given. Major gaps knowledge smaller tylenchids many dorylaims noted.
