Intersectoral, convergent and sustainable actions: the challenges of the "Bolsa Família" program in Manguinhos shantytown in Rio de Janeiro

摘要: Some studies have revealed the impact of family welfare allowance based on fulfillment certain conditions improving living and access to health education services in different countries. However, gaps persist relating evaluation benefits such programs among groups that greater difficulty gaining public or advances quality school performance. Moreover, there is limited evidence adequacy program respective contexts implementation, levels adhesion local cooperation strategies adopted for integration with other social policy programs. The scope this article discuss findings study implementation "Bolsa Familia" Manguinhos shantytown area Rio de Janeiro conducted 2007 2008 semi-structured interviews officials stakeholders.
