摘要: Urban health promotion is not simply a matter of the right interventions, or even necessary resources. (and indeed global) depends to an important extent on governance, institutions and processes through which societies manage course events. This paper describes concept distinguishing between reforms aimed at improving how government works innovations that more fundamentally reinvent governance by developing new local stakeholder control. The highlights strategies urban governors can use maximize their influence national international decisions structure life. It concludes with some observations limitations importance establishing “virtuous circuit” dwellers play greater role in formation implementation policy global levels.
