摘要: Auger electron spectroscopy has been used to study the kinetics of oxygen adsorption on lead for two cases, i.e., during continuous irradiation (0–1000 eV) and without it, depending exposure at a partial pressure 10−6 Torr room temperature. The maximum is 5000 L. Lead several hundred Langmuirs with simultaneous low-energy electrons shifts peaks by 1 eV toward lower energies, which explained electron-stimulated (ESA). It shown that ESA observed only energies below 300 eV; higher desorption dominates.
