摘要: The non-Hodgkin's lymphomata are characteristically near diploid with occasional examples having higher chromosome numbers. In contrast, about half the cases of Hodgkin's disease have numbers in triploid range. Karyotypes appear to be more deranged than those found other lymphomata, even when cells If karyotypically normal tumours represent some degree host reaction, then this is most marked disease. Long arm deletions 18 were identified from 7/31 lymphoma; 5 follicular and 2 contained both diffuse areas. showing deletion had a relatively good prognosis.
