摘要: Abstract There are very few chromosome studies using banding techniques of lymph nodes in Hodgkin's disease (HD), and determinations immunologic phenotypes scarce. We have performed both cytogenetic 12 22 node biopsies different histologic types obtained from 20 HD patients (no mitotic cells were found the remaining ten nodes). A near-diploid modal number was 80% cases, 20% showed a bimodal distribution. Clones observed 50% nodes, with markers 60% them. Markers 15q+, 5p−, der(X) trisomy #21 our cases. Seventy-one percent studied predominance T lymphocytes. Within where karyotype determined, 4 presented B lymphocytes, they all included group structural abnormalities.
