摘要: Abstract 1. 1.| Bacillus megaterium strain MA protease has been examined to determine its relationship other well characterized proteases. 2. 2.| B. purified by treatment with active charcoal, (NH 4 ) 2 SO precipitation and hydroxylapatite chromatography. 3. 3.|The shown be a zinc-containing neutral one zinc atom per 40 000 molecular weight. 4. 4.|The specificity against series of dipeptide substrates is similar (although quantitatively different) that subtilis thermolysin. 5. 5.|The partially crossreacts anti-thermolysin serum loss enzyme activity accompanying the precipitin reaction.
