摘要: The neutral protease of Bacillus polymyxa had a broad pH optimum (6.0 to 7.2) for activity at 37 C. enzyme was most stable 5.6 5.8. an temperature C and quite thermostable up 35 C, but higher temperatures the stability decreased rapidly. substrate specificity similar that proteases other members genus Bacillus. shown be zinc metalloprotease. However, manganous ions greater activating stabilizing influence on this than zinc. Replacement in native by manganese resulted 50% increase activity. In addition, prepared metalloprotease more alkaline optima enzyme.
