摘要: AIM To evaluate local control and patient survival for recurrent or oligometastatic uterine cervical cancer treated with stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) using CyberKnife, to demonstrate the safety of SBRT. PATIENTS AND METHODS Between 2002 2013, 100 lesions in 85 patients were SBRT at three Institutions. sites within previous RT field 59 partially overlapped nine. included recurrences, 89 lymph node metastases, eight distant metastases. Patients a median dose 39 Gy fractions, which was equivalent biologically effective (BED) 90 Gy. RESULTS The follow-up period 20.4 months. Local failure occurred 17 out SBRT-treated sites. 2-year 5-year progression-free rates 82.5% 78.8%, respectively. Eleven failures field. overall 57.5% 32.9%, BED >90 (p=0.072) >69 (p=0.059) longer disease-free interval (p=0.065) predicted marginally superior control. Re-irradiation appeared be related inferior (p<0.001), but this group much lower than other (median BED, 79 vs. Gy). Chronic toxicities grade 3 more five cases. CONCLUSION resulted excellent control, especially long high treatment, acceptable toxicities. Therefore, can considered therapeutic option these patients.
