摘要: Monomeric N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC)-stabilized compounds (IMes)R2MP(H)SitBuPh2 (2: M = Al, R Et; 3: Ga, 4: iPr; 5: In, Et) have been prepared in moderate yields through the cleavage of four-membered metal phosphine rings like [iPr2GaP(H)SitBuPh2]2 (1) described herein. These were isolated and characterized by means X-ray crystallographic analysis as well NMR spectroscopy. On this basis structural properties, specifically M–P bond lengths CNHC–M–P angles, are discussed compared to literature-known insofar possible. Proceeding from cis setting between phosphorus-bound hydrogen metal-bound organic substituent with very low torsion which result a nearly coplanar arrangement, results thermally induced elimination reactions described.
