摘要: Relatively poor performance of state estimators is a well documented experience. Yet, control and operation electric power system requires reliable estimators. The attributed to implementation simplifications that use single phase asynchronous measurements the positive sequence model system. These have generated practical problems. experience estimation problem does not 100% performance, i.e. there are cases time periods SE algorithm will converge. There theoretical reasons for this they explained in paper. paper also demonstrates these problems correctable by using three asymmetric precise modeling and/or measurements.
