摘要: A European baseline survey during the years 2005 and 2006 has revealed that monophasic Salmonella enterica subsp. serovar 4,12:d:- was with 23.6% most frequently isolated in German broiler flocks. In Denmark United Kingdom its prevalence 15.15% 2.8%, respectively. Although poultry is a major source of human salmonellosis S. rarely humans (approx. 0.09% per year). Molecular typing studies using pulsed-field gel electrophoresis DNA microarray analysis show highly clonal lacks genes known contributions to pathogenicity. contrast other associated serovars, all strains were susceptible 17 antimicrobial agents tested did not encode any resistance determinant. Furthermore lacked involved galactonate metabolism glycolysis glyconeogenesis important for energy production cells. The conclusion study seems be primarily adapted broilers therefore cause only infections
