The use of the Brouers–Sotolongo fractal kinetic equation for the study of drug release

摘要: We have applied the Brouers–Sotolongo fractal kinetic equation (BSf(n,α)), improving notably precision, to nine cases reported recently in literature on drug release. The reason for using this is that it contains as approximations some of mostly used empirical formula field. Moreover, now successfully employed investigation sorption contaminants aqueous media. An important extension BSf(n,α) has been introduction variation time coefficient (α(tv)). This improvement can lead greater precision fits and deduce information nature release process. We, therefore, suggest use BSf(n,α(tv)) formula, a first step, any detailed practical application data both vitro vivo studies starting with Weibull Hill follow properly physical solution.
