It has a very low 5 years-survival rate its diagnosis often late imprecise due to lack specificity currently used markers for PDAC. As previously demonstrated PDAC patients’ sera may contain autoantibodies towards phosphorylated α-enolase (ENOA), which combination with other standard can increase In this context we realized microfluidic platform integrated EIS biosensors. We achieved specific antibodies detection by immobilizing onto electrodes peptides corresponding portion ENOA. Phosphorylation was found influence recognition detected developed biochip thus validating technique as strong tool quick, cost-saving label-free analysis serum samples. Biochip results are agreement those from traditional techniques, such ELISA western blot, but measurements much more sensitive specific, increasing possibility diagnosis. addition approach faster reproducible compared techniques making biochips ideal
