摘要: Chickens were treated at an early embryonal age with testosterone propionate or infected neonatally the virus producing Gumboro disease. Their sera subsequently fractionated by Sephadex G-200 chromatography, and showed a complete deficiency of IgG presence IgM which was eluted 7S protein fraction. Purified 125-I-labelled monomeric examined SDS-acrylamide gel electrophoresis found to contain both mu light chains, together chain intermediary size, absent from patterns 19S IgG.
