摘要: Retinoids, particularly 13-cis-retinoic acid, have shown great promise against a number of benign, but serious dermatological conditions. In animal models, acid functions is potent antipromoter whether cancer has been initiated by chemical, physical, or viral agents. Additionally, substantial antiproliferative activity this compound demonstrated in vitro many culture systems. Clinical noted several types skin malignancies led to investigations determine the anticancer acid. Response variety preneoplastic and neoplastic lesions epithelial histology demonstrated. The toxicity largely reflects its tissue distribution with subcutaneous side-effects limiting dose escalation. pharmacology pharmacokinetics explored patients long terminal half-life This review will discuss as good model for biological response modifier.
