摘要: The aim of this study was to measure the tibia tubercle trochlea groove distance (TT–TG) as a function knee flexion. Our hypothesis that there is different pattern in healthy volunteers and patients with patella instability (PFI). Thirty-six knees 30 at least one dislocation control group were analysed magnetic resonance imaging by three observers. TT–TG measured steps 15° between 0° 90° Furthermore, alignment leg (MA), femur torsion (FTor) (TTor) calculated. higher compared extension This difference statistically significant (p < 0.05). Most above 20 mm showed high decrease flexion normal values. In some patients, compensating mechanism fails. MA, FTor TTor not (n.s.). dynamic decreased significantly during PFI volunteers. However, small number where compensation did work. Therefore, decision perform osteotomy should be based on single measurement or 30° II.
