摘要: During the last few years various clostridial ADP-ribosylating exoenzymes have been described. These can be divided into two groups. One group is represented by cytotoxins which are characterized their ability to ADP-ribosylate actin. Furthermore, all these toxins binary in structure and consist of a binding component an unlinked ADP-ribosyltransferase. Members this family Clostridium botulinum C2 toxin, perfringens spiroforme toxin. described detail Aktories et al., volume. The other C. ADP-ribosyltransferase C3 novel limosum exoenzyme.
