摘要: Even though p16(INK4a) (p16) immunocytochemistry has proven a useful accessory tool verifying the identification of atypical squamous cells undetermined significance (ASC-US) categorized smears, procedure still limitations. To date few studies examining usefulness p16 in which cannot exclude HSIL (ASC-H), compared with ASC-US liquid-based cervical smears. Therefore, we examined correlation immunocytochemical staining follow-up biopsy results on ASC-H smears and data those classified as 105 cytology samples. We found no statistical expression presence intraepithelial lesions (SIL) biopsies (p = 0.546). However, did significantly correlate SIL 0.002) There was statistically significant relationship between high grade (HSIL) or more both 0.012) < 0.001) In there HR-HPV viral load 0.091). But Our indicate that immunostaining is much better marker for infection detection to defined ASC-US.
