摘要: Cervical cancer is the second most common among women worldwide and responsible for 275,000 deaths each year. Persistent infection with high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) an essential factor development of cervical cancer. Although process not fully understood, molecular mechanisms caused by HPV are necessary its reveal a large number potential biomarkers diagnosis prognosis. These molecules host genes and/or proteins, cellular microRNAs involved in cell cycle regulation that result from disturbed expression HR-HPV E5, E6 E7 oncoproteins. One current challenges medicine to discover potent can correctly diagnose premalignant lesions standardize clinical management. Currently, studies showing some these carcinogenesis, it possible carry out more accurate provide appropriate follow-up treatment dysplasia. In this paper, we review recent research on deregulated infections, as well their use screening.
