摘要: A polylysine partially substituted with polyhydroxyalkanoyl residues and specially gluconoyl was developed in order to increase the transfection efficiency by decreasing strength of electrostatic interactions between DNA cationic polymer. Partially gluconoylated polylysine/DNA complexes were more easily dissociated solution their presence chloroquine, evaluated HepG2 cells, a human hepatocarcinoma line, higher when 43 +/- 4% epsilon-amino groups blocked residues. polylysine/plasmid efficient transfecting different adherent as well non-adherent cell lines. formed highly soluble (above 100 micrograms/ml DNA) plasmids. In addition, bearing few lactosyl increased cells which express galactose-specific membrane lectin.
