摘要: Abstract Purification of yttrium by vacuum distillation was carried out and the purification process studied. More than 60 metallic impurity elements input as well purified Y were analysed using glow discharge mass spectrometry (GDMS) C, N, O, S interstitial gas analysis (IGA). The confirmed reduction total content from −4 Pa; meanwhile, decreased to low content, in which O 75 ppmw. evaporation rate mean free path calculated under experimental conditions this paper.
