摘要: Monoamines are considered as putative transmitter substances both in the peripheral and central nervous system. This view is supported by a huge number of studies using different types techniques (for references see monograph Iversen, 1967). However, electron microscopic on this topic have until recently been hampered difficulties visualizing monoamines monoamine storage sites at ultrastructural level (see e.g. Fuxe et al., 1965).
