摘要: Abstract Four types of nerve terminals are distinguished by size and structure elementary granules small clear vesicles in the frog median eminence during metamorphosis. The A 1 type contain large 1500–2200 diameter 300–600 diameter; 2 have 1100–1600 vesicles; B show 800–1050 vesicles. C devoid only Ultrastructurally all products their transformation divided into five kinds, which seem to be related release peptide neurohormones monoamines. morphometric method was proposed estimate functional states eminence. following parameters were calculated: (1) percentage different various kinds they contain; (2) total concentration types. Since external zone its perivascular equal, estimation above-mentioned values as well suffices for analysis constitutes most precise value this respect. cells origin Rana temporaria discussed.
