摘要: Nerve profiles in the basal part of palisade zone rat median eminence have been divided into 4 categories on basis their vesicular content: a with agranular vesicles about 50 nm, b similar and also granular mainly 70–140 c alone d without vesicles. After intravenous injection exogenous peroxidase, castrated male rats showed, comparison to sham-operated controls, 3–5 fold increase percentage nerve category which contained peroxidase loaded nm. In contrast, no significant change was observed for other categories. It is concluded that may be used demonstrate changes activity tuberoinfundibular terminals at ultrastructural level.
