摘要: The effects of 2 weeks orchidectomy and replacement therapy with testosterone upon the content distribution gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) in median eminence were determined by means radioimmunoassay electron microscopy. Morphometric analysis photographs tissues immunohistochemically stained for GnRH was performed to determine changes volume density GnRH-containing axon profiles following experimental treatments.
