Ultrastructure de l'éminence médiane du pigeon (Columba livia domestica) dans diverses conditions expérimentales

摘要: Les effets de l'adenohypophysectomie et diverses sollicitations l'axe hypothalamo-hypophysio-corticosurrenalien sur l'ultrastructure l'Eminence Mediane (E.M.) ont ete etudies chez le Pigeon. 1. Chez Pigeon entier, Caudale (E.M.C.) se distingue Rostrale (E.M.R.) essentiellement par l'absence dans les deux couches plus externes (couches palissadique superficielle) l'E.M.C. granules gros calibres (1600 a 1900 A), la rarete diametre moyen (1200–1400 A) predominance petites vesicules cœur dense 600–800 A. 2. La prehypophysectomie entraine: a) l'E.M.R. quasi disparition granulations externes; b) ≪vidange≫ nombreux axones, mais un enrichissement relatif, parmi restantes, des calibre (1600–1900 aux depens petit calibre. 3. Un shock insulinique entraine modifications du meme ordre: depletion denses, limitee ce cas portion anterieure l'E.M.R.; relatif avec, en l'E.M.C., type synaptique. 4. Un traitement metopirone produit accroissement nombre important synaptique. 5. Le prednisolone conduit tres marque grains 1200–1400 A, 1000 A.
