摘要: It is generally accepted that the so-called synaptic vesicles found in terminals of neurosecretory axons are closely related to release material. is, however, unclear whether these structures represent true containing acetylcholine which needed for liberation neurohormones (de Robertis, 1964) or they fragments elementary granules (Holmes and Knowles, 1960; Bern, 1963; 1963, 1965; Lederis, Herlant, 1967) derivatives multilamellar (Lederis, 1964; Holmes Kiernan, 1964). Since methods hitherto applied have not solved this problem (Bargmann, 1967), attempt was made (see also Vollrath, 1969) study origin “synaptic” fetal newborn rats, it hoped that, by ontogenetical approach, formation might become more clearly visible than adult rats whose neurohypophyseal contain large numbers mitochondria.
