摘要: Submicron fibers of medium-molecular-weight poly(vinyl alcohol) (MMW-PVA), high-molecular-weight (HMW-PVA), and montmorillonite clay (MMT) in aqueous solutions were prepared by electrospinning technique. The effect HMW-PVA MMT on the morphology mechanical properties MMW-PVA/HMW-PVA/MMT nanofibers investigated for first time. Scanning electron microscopy, viscometer, tensile strength testing machine, thermal gravimetric analyzer (TGA), transmission microscopy (TEM) utilized to characterize PVA/MMT properties. MMW-PVA/HMW-PVA ratios concentration played important roles nanofiber's TEM data demonstrated that exfoliated layers well distributed within nanofibers. It was also found property stability increased with contents.
