摘要: Between April and September 2010, the gametogenic cycle of scallop Argopecten nucleus was studied in Nenguange Bay Tayrona National Park. Ten organisms were collected every 14 days processed for histology their gonads. Parallel to this, morfocromatic appearance gonads 55 individuals kept a suspended culture system followed, setting up five stages as follows: I = Rest undifferentiation; II Initial development; III Advanced IV Mature; V Spawning. The predominant gonadal stage with an average 60%, followed by 20.7%, 13.5%, finally 5.1 0.6% respectively. We found significant relationship between gonadosomatic index precipitation (p 0.0001), temperature 0.0015), salinity 0.0003), chlorophyll 0.0285). condition factor (CF) showed correlation particulate organic matter (POM; p 0.0243), however, when performing simple regression, test indicated that MOP will not substantially affect FC 4.53.
