Anxiety symptoms and quality of interaction among oncology nurses: a correlational, cross-sectional study

摘要: OBJECTIVE To explore the severity of Anxiety Symptoms (AS) among Greek oncology nursing personnel, degree satisfaction from professional relationships, and potential association between them. METHOD A descriptive cross-sectional correlational study was performed in 2 Oncology Hospitals, 72 members personnel. Hamilton Scale used for assessment AS Index Work Satisfaction subscale "Satisfaction Interaction" relationships personnel (NN) physicians (NP). RESULTS 11% sample reported clinical [≥26, scale range (SR): 0-52]. NN [5.10 (SD: 1.04), SR: 1-7], NP [4.21 0.77), 1-7] interaction were both moderate. Statistically significantly associations observed (p=0.014) (p=0.013) interaction. CONCLUSIONS reduction interventions improvement are essentials order to reduce nurses' psychological distress.
