摘要: Abstract Purpose To evaluate the perceived quality of interactions between nurses and physicians in oncology outpatient clinics. Methods A cross-sectional, observational survey involving 250 was conducted at clinics two regional cancer centres province Ontario, Canada. Eligible participants were identified by administrators invited to complete a one-time questionnaire. Quality assessed using seven-item relational coordination, which measures factors interaction: supportive relationships communication.
