A precise diagnosis needed essential for appropriate treatment. Most internists Indonesia have cope with a condition poorly equipped endoscopic facilities - especially colonoscopy subsequently refer their patients centers as well sending biopsy specimens histopathology examination. They also should be concerned that it would expensive, time- consuming, may suffer from considerable distress while waiting results diagnostic confirmation. Therefore, we were interested studying clinical scoring determine possible assessing combination reporting aspects, identification probable examination Method: The study design was cross-sectional. We collected data pertinent this medical records features at units four hospitals Jakarta between 1999 2009. Student t-test logistic regression analysis used statistic Results: Based on examination, there 213 positive 173 negative results. Histopathology considered gold standard IBD. mean score 9 (nine) points. Subjects findings significantly had higher average than those findings. Using ROC curves, found cut-off 10 points sensitivity specificity 73% 88% consecutively; applying analysis, odds ratio (OR) 20 (9.9-40.0 Conclusion: valuable tool determining definitive based Keywords: scoring, findings,
