In this cross-sectional observational study, non-diabetic subjects, who were on statin therapy more than recruited. Then another measurement same repeated when they enrolled into study. Results Discussion: Of 22 3 subjects rosuvastatin remaining 19 atorvastatin. Among 17 had symptoms hyperglycemia polyuria, polydipsia, polyphagia, etc. after treatment with statins. It has been found statins increases risk new NODM (27%) there significant rise mean red blue green (RBG) therapy. Furthermore, statistically HbA1c doses increased. duration body mass index type have not significantly influenced values. Conclusion: cardiovascular disorders clearly established accepted. Their benefit is undeniable; however, need be caution care. Physicians should aware adverse drug reaction due monitor glycemic control status patients during their regular follow-up period.
