摘要: Purpose. To determine whether a reporter gene carried by liposomes can be introduced into the ocular tissues in vivo different routes of administration. Methods. Three kinds carrying plasmid DNA with beta-galactosidase were applied topically to eye or injected anterior chamber, subretinal space, and vitreous adult Wistar rats.
