摘要: Having a huge potential to improve the way radio spectrum is being used, techniques that are used for research in cognitive maturing and therefore move from evaluated simulation environment more realistic environments such as dedicated testbeds. In this chapter we describe our experiences with design, deployment experimental use of LOG-a-TEC embedded, outdoor testbed, based on VESNA sensor node platform. We choice low-cost reconfigurable frontends discuss capabilities custom designs. The core part gives practical designing embedded testbed infrastructure, covering topology design performance evaluation management network well considerations protocols employed testbed. Finally, provide two cases where has been performing experiments radio, one relevant investigation coexistence primary secondary users TV white spaces other addressing power allocation interference control case shared spectrum.
