摘要: Abstract 1. Exposure to stimulation of the auditory organs in mature rats stimulates anterior pituitary gonadotropic function, manifested by prolonged or persistent estrus, enlargement ovaries, and increase corpora lutea number size. 2. In immature rats, where function has still not started, audiogenic apparently little no effect. Premature sexual development could be achieved. Hyperemia reaction however, but so distinct as that following injection gonadotropin, induced about one third experimental animals. 3. The stimulating effect stimuli on was demonstrated convincingly rabbits. animals kept isolated for at least month changes were observed: follicle hematomas (blood points, APR-II), formation (APR-III). a few cases galactorrhea induced. 4. contrast female genital is inhibitory action fertility. control groups fertility rate 77.8 per cent with an average 6.5 young rat. Audiogenic reduced from 80 5.7 pregnancies 5.9 relation offspring. 5. After mating 4 days exposed during fourth sixth days, seventh ninth eighth tenth days. group cent. stimulated showed decline 25, 15, 5 cent, respectively. Whereas controls delivered 6.2 fetuses animal, index decreases 0.5 animal. 6. Auditory induce infertility interfere course established pregnancy. Whether stimulus inhibits implantation fertilized egg whether other factors are involved must clarified further studies.
