摘要: Abstract Based on the model of electric dipole radiation, conversion efficiency and spatial distribution second harmonic generation (SHG) in form Cherenkov radiation a periodically poled LiNbO 3 waveguide have been analyzed. Numerical calculations show that SHG is much higher than without periodical polarization. Furthermore, relation between wavelength has obtained, which shows peak varies correspondingly when thickness varies. This result demonstrates it possible to compensate fabrication error by tuning get high efficiency.
